Faulty Item Received

If you receive a faulty item, simply send a photo of the item along with your order number to help@devdecor.co.in.

If the item arrives damaged or wears off in the first wash, we’ll send you a free replacement.

You do not need to return the faulty item — just a clear photo is enough.
Order Not Delivered on Time

We understand delays can be frustrating, especially if the item was meant for a special occasion.

We usually ship within 2–3 days of receiving your order.

Delivery typically takes 10–12 days, but delays can occur due to local postal service issues.

We kindly ask for your patience if your package is slightly delayed. Tracking information will be provided, and we’re always here to update you on the status.

Once your order has left the factory, it cannot be canceled.
Wrong Size Received

Please double-check your order confirmation to ensure the correct size was selected.

If you ordered the wrong size by mistake, contact us for exchange options.

If we sent the wrong size, we'll gladly send a free replacement. Just send us a photo of the item along with your order number to help@devdecor.co.in.
Order Cancellation / Change of Mind

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, most orders are already in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders have a 1–4 day processing period, followed by 7–18 days for delivery.
Tracking My Order

All orders include tracking once processed.

Didn’t receive your tracking number? Email us at help@stylentdecor.com with your order number and we’ll provide it.

You can track your order on our website using your order details and email address.

Note: Your order number is not your tracking number.
Shipping Confirmation

You will receive:

An order confirmation email when your purchase is completed.

A shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Payment Methods

Payment must be made in full before shipment.

Wrong Shipping Address

Entered the wrong address?

If your order hasn’t been shipped, email us immediately at help@stylentdecor.com.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot resend to a new address. Please ensure your address is accurate before placing the order.
Taxes & Duties

For international orders, customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.
